We also carry Airgone argon gas as an optional add-on. A 2-second flush of food-safe argon, heavier than oxygen, odorless, tasteless, lays an inert barrier over your beans before you press the plunger lid down. About 75 flushes per canister. It's overkill for most home use, but commercial roasters and light-roast enthusiasts swear by it. Note: argon ships ground only and can't go to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or most international destinations.
