At Planetary Design, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help make it right.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the product is unused.

How to start a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team through our FAQ page with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved and the product is unused, we’ll provide a prepaid return label along with return instructions.

Please include a note inside your return package with:

  • Your order number

  • Whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Warranty Claims

We take pride in building products that last and back them with the following warranties:

  • Stainless Steel Products: 5-year warranty

  • Parts included with Stainless Steel Products (lids, plunger assemblies, press screens): 2-year warranty

  • Non-Stainless Steel Products (Airscape®, Airscape® Glass, Ethoz® & Airscape® Bucket Lid): 2-year warranty
