"I've been buying 2. 2 lb bags of coffee beans, only to suffer through some stale cups after a certain point. The Airspace canister works great. All the beans fit, and the plunger covers them well. Not even the smell escapes. Makes the day go so much better if you start with a good cup of coffee."

"Excellent size for flour and sugar. The wide opening allows easy access. The powder plume from keeping powder is easily addressed by keeping a torn piece of the flour wrapping on top of the flour when pushing the Air Scape lid down.
