"I've had my hand grinder for about a year and a half and it's never given me any trouble. The adjustments are easy to make and the burrs do a great job grabbing and grinding the coffee. I'm not a coffee aficionado, so I haven't tried all of the different settings and sifted the resulting grind to determine percentage of fines or grind consistency, so I can't help you there. All I can say is that it's never given me any problems, and it feels great to use a quality product time and time again."
