"I have used your French presses for years and wanted to replace, but you no longer make the stainless so I ordered this one. Although very nice to look at it is VERY heavy for a senior and very hard to open and I never could figure out the pour spout so sadly, I returned it. I mailed the return yesterday and you should receive it soon. Thank you for trying."
"I initially purchased this french press due to it's large size, however I do love the fact that it is insulated and can double as a carafe. We use this every day. I will say that the orange coating has begun peeling off. (it's about 3 or 4 years old at this point) and I do wish there was a way to separate the metal tab part from the filter part for cleaning. Overall it's a great press and I'd absolutely get another although I do wish they offered an uncoated option and created a way to clean the filter more easily."
