"Was disappointed. The mug shown was orange, I WANTED an orange mug. I received a plain black mug. I could have got that from Amazon without the extra effort of seeking it out on another site."

Needs creamer
"It looks very well made and designed, but it would require taking the plunger out to add cream. I might experiment with putting the creamer at the Sam time as the water. This is probably the 20th planetary design press I have purchased. And have loved them all. Very durable. One year I bought everybody a press, and planetary had the correct size for every household. What really sold me was the support. I had a press that had given me years of great coffee, and something went wrong with the plunger. I wrote planetary to see if i could purchase a new plunger, and they sent me a new and improved replacement. I have been a dedicated planetary fan ever after. Thanks for many great years of coffee."
