"I have used the Fresh-Port® Wine Topper with Airgone® Gas product for about a year,150+ uses, on various wines -- Cabernet, Pinot Noir, Brunello, Barolo, Bordeaux, Chardonnay, etc. , and I just love it! The product is very easy to use (after your first use). Note: it may be difficult to get the red tube to puncture and penetrate the wine topper cap on the first use. After your first use, however, it is very simple, quick and easy to use! The airgone cannister will seem empty and almost weightless. Don’t worry, there is plenty of gas in there! Just insert the needle into the wine topper for about half the length of the red straw. Next, press the cannister top to spray and release the argon gas and you will see the wine ripple as the argon gas penetrates down the bottle and towards the wine. So far, I have found that the can provides 50 to 60 sprays per can and I tend to press and release the gas for a full 2 seconds per use. I have used various pump/vacuum sealer systems for many years. The Fresh Port Wine Topper, with Airgone, keeps wine much fresher on day 2 and day 3 than any vacuum style systems I have used. I also find it quicker, much easier, and less expensive to use than the needle extraction methods. Well worth the investment and a 5* rating! William - WSET Level 2, FWS (French Wine Scholar)."
