These are very well built presses. Sturdy and keep the coffee hot and it really does keep the coffee from getting bitter. The grab bag deal is fabulous ordered 2 and extremely happy with both. One had a little dent and the other I don’t know what was wrong with it. Order was shipped quickly. Awesome.

I like a morning jolt from my cup of coffee and paper filters were not doing it for me. I doubled my bean count, I dripped through twice, I would have bought burnt bean if it was stronger than Italian roast.
Then I remembered FRENCH PRESS and how I liked that strong cup of coffee. I also remembered the coffee bean grit left over in my teeth after that strong swallow….
NO COFFEE BEAN GRIT in my mouth left over from drinking coffee brewed in my new BruTrek Base Camp! This french press filtration system strains out 100% of the coffee grounds and leaves 100% of the coffee grounds at the bottom of the pot.!
All that’s left after brewing is a satisfying STRONG cup of coffee.
